The Independent Surfer Affiliate Program is an opportunity to collaborate with us and earn commissions by sharing our courses and mission with your friends and followers. The program is free to join, and allows you to monetize your audience from each new Independent Surfer referral.
Once you are accepted into the program, you simply need to share your unique discount code with your friends and followers. You can share this in whatever format you like – in a blog post, in an Instagram story, as a shoutout in a YouTube video, etc. We recommend that you post this frequently to you social media accounts and share information about the Independent Surfer. Let your followers know what we do (provide online surf courses and coaching) and let them know about our mission (to Educate & Inspire). Feel free to share any other thoughts about how the Independent Surfer can benefit them.
We do not have strict requirements on number of followers or content engagement to participate in our affiliate program. We only ask that you have a public social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, website, blog, etc.) and be willing to promote the Independent Surfer in an appropriate manner.
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, you will be given a unique discount code to share with your followers. When a follower uses your code, they will get 10% off their purchase and we will be notified that they used your code.  Within 30 days, we will notify you of their use of your code and we will pay you 15% of their total purchase price.
The Affiliate Program supports only PayPal or Venmo for affiliate payouts. Payouts will occur within 30 days of any referral you make being processed.
